Reporting to the Managing Director, the jobholder will manage the day-to-day HR function by providing practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice on HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment and staffing, performance management, pay and benefits, training and best practice HR management.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this and have a minimum of 2 years’ generalist HR management experience. You will have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Isle of Man employment legislation and strong influencing skills.
The jobholder will represent the HR function as part of the Management Team and will be able to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
